Refund Policy

At Beverly Stretch Ceiling, we take pride in delivering high-quality stretch ceiling solutions that are customized to your specific requirements. As our products and services are tailored to each project, our refund policy is outlined below to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.

1. Custom Orders & Non-Refundable Deposits

All stretch ceiling orders, designs, and installations are custom-made. Once a project is confirmed and materials are ordered, a portion of the payment becomes non-refundable due to procurement and production costs.

Deposits paid to initiate work or reserve installation slots are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Cancellations

  • Before Material Order: If you cancel before materials have been ordered or fabrication has begun, we may refund a portion of your payment, excluding administrative or consultation charges.

  • After Material Order or Site Work Has Started: No refunds can be issued once materials have been ordered or site work has commenced.

3. Installation Issues or Defects

If there is an issue with the installation or product quality:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of installation.

  • We will inspect the issue and, if applicable, offer a repair or replacement at no extra cost.

  • Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to resolve the issue through rectification.

4. Change of Mind

Due to the customized nature of our work, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind once the design and material selection has been approved.

5. Service Delays

In rare cases of delays caused by supply chain issues or site access problems, we will communicate promptly. However, such delays do not qualify for refunds unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
